the hotel's location is excellent for exploring. i received a complimentary room upgrade upon arrival, a pleasant surprise. harry was very helpful with directions.

the shower had no hot water, even after trying all settings. the mattresses need replacing, as i could feel the springs.

I found the room to be quite spacious, definitely appreciated after a long day. The bed was firm, yet still provided good support. I slept soundly each night. The central location helped me avoid long commutes and to quickly get to my destinations.

I noticed some minor wear in the bathroom fixtures.
